Lux Lowcountry Homes Moving To Hilton Head SC

No pitch · no obligation · 30 minutes

Book a Relocation Call.

Kim Striker · Realtor

The call is a planning conversation for people moving to Hilton Head Island or Bluffton, South Carolina. In thirty minutes you will cover your timeline, your budget, the communities on your list, and the two or three things that would change the plan. It is the same briefing Kim gives every out-of-state buyer, and it is the fastest way to move from reading to planning.

Answers

Before you book, quick answers

How fast will I hear back?

Kim replies to relocation requests personally, usually within one business day, to propose times for the call. If a request arrives over a weekend, expect the reply on the next business day morning.

What happens on the call?

You share your timeline, your budget, and the communities you are curious about. Kim asks pointed questions about how you will actually use a home, then maps a short list. You leave with clear next steps, not a sales pitch.

Do you work with buyers who are not ready to buy yet?

Yes. Many relocating buyers are six to eighteen months out. The call and the guide work the same for planners as for shoppers, and starting early means better timing and a calmer search.

Can I visit homes during the same trip?

If you are ready, Kim structures scouting trips with both community time and scheduled home tours, working around your arrival at Savannah or the island airport and your budget range.

What if I end up buying in the North Carolina mountains instead?

That is fine. Kim's experience spans the South Carolina Lowcountry and the High Country of North Carolina, so the first call can cover both if your plan includes the mountains.

Next step

The guide is a document. The call is the plan.

If you are at the reading stage, the free guide is the lighter first step. Either way, the move starts here.
